CTTP will provide the Future Collective Training System (FCTS) – a technology-based training system that will serve as a substitute for war. It will equip the British Army with the capability to better replicate the complexity of the modern battlefield in training, allowing the Army to train globally whenever and wherever needed. Using technologies from synthetic training environments to the latest data and communication solutions, CTTP will enable the British Army to better prepare soldiers and leaders to operate and ensure the security of the United Kingdom. The CTTP program is expected to begin in 2025, with a value of £1.2 billion (€1.4 billion) over 15 years.
Richard Holroyd, Managing Director of Capita Defense, Fire, and Security, said: “We are extremely proud of our track record in delivering transformative, technology-based training services to our defense clients, which is already helping the British Armed Forces get better-trained personnel to the front lines, faster. Omnia Training brings together an unmatched team of expert partners with established relationships. We are excited to be part of this collaboration and ready to deliver transformative collective training for the British Army

This combination will enable us to deliver a truly flexible and advanced training environment and help prepare the army for a range of scenarios that have traditionally been difficult to replicate on the training ground
Alan Rowan, Managing Director of Cervus, said: “It is refreshing that a small to medium-sized organization like Cervus has been asked to be part of this exceptional team, and we believe this is exactly what the CTTP client was looking for. We have been watching potential STP partners for several years, through the market engagement process, and have gently tested their behaviors.”
Raytheon UK has emerged as an organization that always listens to us and treats us with a level of professional respect, so when they asked us to join the team, we jumped at the opportunity. A true collaborative environment has been created within Omnia Training, where each team member can excel at what they do best, and for Cervus, this means providing soldiers with the ability to leverage their training data to change the game
